Governance
Through regular disclosure and reporting, the Haitian Health Foundation seeks to provide its constituents with a sense of trust and faith in the organization. Our constituents include those who receive services from us, as well as our funders, volunteers, employees, and the public.
This trust and faith is built as follows:
- we provide regular reports on how our funds are being used, especially our donated funds
- where specified, we use the donor’s gift for the purpose intended by the contributor
- we strive to consume only the smallest percentage of financial gifts for administrative overhead
